DM Consulting, Ltd., was founded by Debra McBride who holds a master's degree in International Administration with a speciality in Training and Organization Development. Debra has over 15 years experience in business development including strategic and business planning with a variety of organizations in the business, healthcare, nonprofit, public, and education sectors. Debra is also experienced in organizational diagnosis through the development, administration and analysis of surveys and focus groups. Prior to the creation of DM Consulting, Debra was Director of the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Ohio University where she managed professional and student consulting staff in the completion of research and business management projects. Debra is passionate about continuous improvement in organizations. She has been an examiner for the Ohio Partnership For Excellence (OPE) from 2000 to 2008 and an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) in 2009.
